İNVERTER

The transducer can be defined as an electrical power conversion element for converting the direct current (DC) at the input of the inverter, known as the inverter, to the ALTERNATIVE current (AC) at its output.

It can output 1 Phase 220 Volt AC or 3 Phase 380 Volt AC.
 

DC / AC Solar Inverters are divided into 3 basic groups:

1) OFF-GRID inverters used in locations where the network is not available (stand-alone / sunny island)

Independent solar photovoltaic system means a non-grid independent system. These inverters are mostly used in storage systems. The electricity produced from the panels can be converted directly into AC and can feed a load. Or dc energy stored in batteries can be converted to ac by means of inverters and can feed the load. This kind of applications are mostly used in places such as farm houses, plateau houses, GSM base stations, monitoring display, measurement control, alarm-security camera where the network line is very costly to bring.

2)ON-GRID inverters used for grid-connected systems.

The On-Grid solar photovoltaic system means a grid-connected (parallel) system. When the solar energy is available, the energy produced is transferred to the existing grid. Mains connected inverters are divided into three as central, array and micro inverters: Central inverters are used in power plants with large power. Generally, the power of a single inverter starts from hundreds of kW and up to MW. Inverters can be preferred in both field and roof applications. It is possible to use different types of inverters in different roof types. The purpose of the array inverters is to separate each single plant into one piece and to ensure that each part produces energy independently from each other. Micro inverters are inverters mounted on the back of a panel. It is preferred not only in the roof systems where the fragmented shadows are too high, but also rarely used in field applications.
 

3)What are Hybrid Inverters, how does the system work?

Solar-PV is a system where the battery / battery and grid / grid power technology are used together to provide more advantages. Energy from the sun is used as a priority. Solar energy is stored in batteries / batteries if the load (production quantity is more than consumption). If the energy is less than the need, the missing part is withdrawn from the battery. The surplus energy can be sold to the grid on demand. On the other hand, hybrid inverters do not draw electricity from the mains unless they need it.
